The SSC CGL Exams are conducted each year by the Staff Selection Commission for the selection for grades “B” as well as “C” post categories in different Government Ministries, Departments and Offices. * Exemption: There is no fee due to female SC, ST, Physically Handicapped, or Ex-Serviceman applicants.
* Application fee should be paid through SBI or through the challan or SBI Net Banking and any other banking Credit/Debit Card. The Challan form is generated on the internet.
To pay the amount in cash, the applicant must take a printout of the an online challan after part-1 registration. Make the necessary payment at every branch at SBI and then proceed with Part-2 registration.
Candidates who prefer to pay by credit card may immediately go to Part-2 registration after completing Part-1 registration. The candidate must provide a the registration number as well as date of birth on to the Part-2 application.

SSC CGL 2022 Selection Process
SSC CGL 2022 Selection Process includes multiple phases. There are multiple stages. SSC CGL Exam is conducted in two phases that are Tier 1 and 2. Candidates who wish to pass CGL, the CGL Exam must pass each stage one by one.
- Tier I Examination based on computers Based Exam
- Tier II Exam: Computer Based Exam
- Tier II will consist of conducting Paper-Ias well as Paper-II along with Paper-III, in distinct shift(s)or day(s).
- Paper I is required for all posts, whereas Paper-II is only for candidates who are applying for the position as Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) within the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation and are shortlisted in Tier-I of the posts.
- Paper-III is for those candidates shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper III i.e. for the positions as Assistant Audit Officerand Assistant Accounts Officer.
- Paper I will be conducted in two sessions, Session-I and Session II both on the same date. Session I will consist of the conduct of Section-I, Section-II, and Module-I of Section III. Session II will also include the conduct of Module II of Section III. So, the time of Session I will be 2 1.5 hours. Likewise, the duration of Session II will be just 15 minutes.
